I’ve had the pleasure of working with Katie at Vaya Health, where she led my onboarding and training when I first joined the company. She is a supportive, knowledgeable, and thoughtful leader who genuinely cares about helping others succeed.

Katie and I worked together as founding educators at a newly opened Charter School. Her ability to analyze participants data and trends to design creative teaching techniques led to remarkable student success. Collaborating with outside stakeholders was key in Katie's role as an educator to evaluate performance, notice school-wide trends, and implement new strategies to support her students in their academic and social-emotional growth. Katie is an effective communicator and is able to advocate for not only her needs but those around her. She excels in time management and leads by example for her team and her learners.
