Katie and I worked together as founding educators at a newly opened Charter School. Her ability to analyze participants data and trends to design creative teaching techniques led to remarkable student success. Collaborating with outside stakeholders was key in Katie's role as an educator to evaluate performance, notice school-wide trends, and implement new strategies to support her students in their academic and social-emotional growth.
